This website offers terrific deals by flying out of Toronto to the Caribbean and airfare is included in the price. And you only need to book a few days before you want to leave (though you can book earlier). I have used this site and stayed at 4 and 5 stars resorts at a great price. Also, the prices are quoted in Canadians dollars (imagine how much more affordable the prices will be if the US $ exchange improved someday!).
